Chef Bryan Kennedy

Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name’s Bryan and I’m a chef! A little about me: I was born and raised in Oahu. My island life gave me a chill and pleasant personality. I’ve been a vegan since 2016. Showing people how delicious plant-based food can be is my driving purpose in life! I've had a culinary passion since high school, where I learned how to cook after taking on a bet to be a vegetarian. Since then, I’ve continued to hone my craft, cooking in some of the best vegan restaurants in Houston, such as Verdine, Houston Sauce Co, and Mo’ Better Brews. Through those experiences, I’ve developed knowledge in global cuisines, as well as techniques to deliver exceptional flavor. I’m excited to cook for y’all!
